		<content type="html">Dear Bill - Thanks for the comment.&amp;nbsp; I've been drinking both Nicaraguan and Costa Rican coffee for years.&amp;nbsp; Both countries have about the same practices in processing coffee for export.&amp;nbsp; On equal conditions, compared to higher grade, they are very similar unless you are comparing varietals that are meant to taste different (Catuai vs Borbon).&amp;nbsp; The only difference would be the type of the roast that the roaster would apply.&amp;nbsp; In other words, if you notice a difference in the two it is due to the difference in roasting and varietals.&amp;nbsp; Let me know if you need more information.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps - Ronald.&lt;br&gt;</content>

		<content type="html">My local fresh roast cafe is sometimes out of Costa Rican. I don't mean to slam TLC Coffee Roastes, they have great fresh roasted stuff.  But I AM curious if there is much of a difference in taste between Costa Rican and Nicoraguan.  Any ideas?</content>
